The Julia Brown Montessori Schools were founded in 1967 by Charles and Julia Brown. We are fortunate to still have the guidance of our Founder, Julia Brown. The school Director, Ms. Theresa Brown Leonhart is Montessori certified for children ages 2 - 12. The General Manager, Ellen Brown Komesarook is Montessori certified for children ages 2 - 6. All three owners are active in the Montessori professional community and committed to professional development and program excellence in a pure Montessori Environment. Our vision is to create an environment that allows each staff member to maximize their potential. To achieve this we aspire to provide each member of our team with a greater appreciation and knowledge of the Montessori method.
